Overview of the Role:

We're seeking dedicated Light Industrial Workers to join our client's dynamic warehouse team in Story City, Iowa. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of the clean energy revolution while developing your warehouse and forklift skills. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient material handling and inventory operations that support critical energy infrastructure projects across the nation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, pick, and position materials for transportation and inventory operations
• Pick and palletize materials for jobs, requisitions, and stock transport orders (STOs)
• Operate banding and wrapping equipment to prepare materials for shipping
• Coordinate material requests and perform inventory counts
• Schedule freight pick-ups and UPS shipping

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid forklift license (Required)
• Previous warehouse experience (Required)
• Forklift operation experience (Required)
• Safety-first mindset with positive, can-do attitude
• Self-motivated and self-starter qualities
• Steel-toe boots and ability to wear standard warehouse attire (t-shirt and jeans)
