Amizetta Estate Winery, founded in 1979 by Spencer & Amizetta Clark, champions a range of stunning Bordeaux varietal wines from the Hennessey Hills region of Napa. Our terraced vineyards sit high above Lake Hennessey and offer visitors breathtaking views of the estate and surrounding areas. We are looking for a driven hospitality professional to join our established team and become a part of our winery family.

Position Summary:
Our growing Family winery is seeking to hire a multi-faceted concierge to join a small team of industry professionals passionate about hospitality. This position will be responsible for efficiently managing reservations and phones, creating a premier guest experience from onset, accurately managing customer information, help with event coordination and assisting with guests as needed. The role will work as a part of a dynamic team to create lasting memories and to exceed guest expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Responds to appointment or event requests in a timely and professional manner, including assisting with local recommendations as needed.
*Responsible for organizing reservation system, coordinating with team to manage flow
*Assist in accurately entering and maintaining customer database
*Assist with guests as needed, providing an exceptional impression of our winery family and team
*Organize and assist in managing an events calendar as well as creation of event overview and summaries, including feedback.
*Creation of, and management of all rental orders
*Provide general customer service to clients via email, phone or in person
*Flexibility, can manage constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
*Accurately operates POS system and reservation system
*Work with management to build and maintain a referral network
*Provide backup support to the Estate Hosts as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
*Previous concierge experience at a winery, hotel, or restaurant is preferred
*Detail-oriented, extreme focus on organization and accuracy, with strong time management and multi-tasking skills
*Genuine and thorough communication with all clients and staff
*First-hand knowledge, appreciation for, and passion regarding wine and wine-related topics
*A positive, professional demeanor with both guests and team members
*Must be a team player with high energy, able to work in a fast-paced environment

*Must be 21 years of age or older
*Must be available to work weekends, nights and some holidays.
*Must be able to lift 50 pounds
*Must be able to sit, stand and bend for extended periods of time
*Must be willing to work at winery property.

This is a full-time position with full health, dental and vision benefit offering.

Expected Wage is between $23 - $28 per hour.
