Job Overview

Supports the safe operation of assigned high-speed large-scale automated assembly machines.

Job Requirements

  • Essential duties include but may not be limited to the following:
    • Must be able to train on First shift 6am-2:30pm M-F
    • Follow standardized work instructions for the screen printing and assembly of components in accordance with component level drawings
    • Operate various production equipment as needed to prepare components for assembly
    • Read and comprehending manufacturing drawings regarding printing sheets for production
    • Follow all cleanroom standards and cleaning processes to ensure an optimal environment
    • Ensure high cleanliness standards are maintained during printing and component assembly
    • Ensure first time assembly success and minimizing material waste attributed to manufacturing workmanship
    • Demonstrate a mindset of continuous improvement in all duties
Other duties as assigned by Team Leader

Required Qualifications

  • 1 year minimum role in manufacturing preferably pertaining to soldering and assembly components.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Background in printing like -t shirts/jerseys or custom applications from a manufacturing environment.
  • Using microscope
  • Ability to Read and comprehend manufacturing drawings.
  • Comply with applicable quality assurance standards
  • Prior experience with screen printing
