We have an AI start-up client who is in need of two technical recrutiers. The role is fully remote and a six-month contract that could get extended or turn into full-time.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and evaluate top technical talent for various roles, including Product-UI/UX designers and software engineers
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive market
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and closing
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate technical interviews with the hiring team
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and status
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence in the AI and tech startup space
  • Foster positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist in developing and improving the company's employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding processes for new hires
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Adapt recruiting strategies to meet the evolving needs of a fast-paced AI startup environment

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for AI roles
  • Experience working for a well-known start-up or public tech company
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
