JOIN A HIGH GROWTH INNOVATOR IN AEROSPACE & DEFENSE

Bryn Neil is a fast-growing technology development company operating at the intersection of scalability and agility. We develop, adapt, and scale technical capabilities across any domain faster than anyone else, protecting missions, supporting our partners, and ensuring program success for defense and aerospace leaders.

Our tagline says it all:  Our Mission, Your Success.

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter who is energized by human connection, motivated by impact, and ready to take ownership of their work in a fast-paced environment. This role sits at the front lines of our mission to connect cleared technical professionals to our programs that directly support national security and defense innovation.

About the Role

This is a flexible hybrid role with many in-person connection points, like meeting the internal team weekly for breakfast as well as attending weekly recruitment dinners and happy hours. We gather for company-wide celebratory events like our summer and holiday parties. Our culture is built on extreme ownership- ultimately ensuring everyone on the team works intelligently and effectively.

This is a high-visibility, high-accountability role for someone who wants responsibility early and thrives in a performance-driven culture. Recruiters at Bryn Neil run point on candidate relationships, represent and promote the company in the engineering community, and play a critical role in delivering talent when it matters most.

Our work is fast-paced and challenging but deeply rewarding. You’ll be supported by proven processes and a team that believes in doing things the right way.

If you are outgoing, intellectually curious, and motivated by helping people find meaningful work, this role offers an opportunity to build a career with us.
