We are seeking a Technical Recruiter who is energized by human connection, motivated by impact, and ready to take ownership of their work in a fast-paced environment. This role sits at the front lines of our mission to connect cleared technical professionals to our programs that directly support national security and defense innovation.
About the Role
This is a flexible hybrid role with many in-person connection points, like meeting the internal team weekly for breakfast as well as attending weekly recruitment dinners and happy hours. We gather for company-wide celebratory events like our summer and holiday parties. Our culture is built on extreme ownership- ultimately ensuring everyone on the team works intelligently and effectively.

Your Mission
As a Technical Recruiter at Bryn Neil, your mission is to put people to work every day by identifying, engaging, and matching highly skilled technical professionals with mission-critical engineering roles, many holding security clearances.
You will build trusted relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders alike, develop a deep understanding of technical skill sets and program needs, and ensure Bryn Neil is consistently positioned as an employer of choice within the cleared engineering community.
Success in this role is measured by the quality of relationships you build, the consistency of your execution, and the impact you make on both candidates’ careers and mission outcomes.

The expected total compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $175,000.
Actual compensation within this range will depend on individual experience, skills, education, performance, and business needs. This position may also be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses or awards based on company and individual performance.
