Job Description

The Center for Instruction, Technology & Innovation is currently hiring Registered Nurse substitutes for the 2023-2024 school year.
Candidates must possess a valid Registered Professional Nurse license issued by New York State. 

Job Qualifications

• Current CPR/ AED training.
• Current RN certificate.
• Able to follow District procedures and guidelines for health care and medications.
• Able to follow doctor's orders for student medications.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Confidentiality.
• Able to interact with students, parents, and staff.
• School experience is preferred but not required.
• Fingerprinting through the New York State Education Department is a requirement for working in the school district.
• Candidates will be asked for copies of their current CPR/AED card and RN certificate.
