Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance, location and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. + Complete assigned nursing orders as directed by preceptor, including assisting patient with activities of daily living and taking vital signs. + Observe patient status and responses. Document and report observations to preceptor or other appropriate staff. + Assist preceptor with development of care plan by reporting test results and patient observations. + Perform other tasks as assigned, including environmental services and preparing/transporting patients for diagnostic services. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: + High school diploma/GED required.
