Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity in Spokane, WA

Great Mental Health Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant position offering autonomy, flexibility, and the backing of a trusted national organization. Typical schedule is one facility per day - no time clock, no minimum hours. Once rounding is complete, your day is yours

Position Highlights:

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and behavioral health support for residents across eight skilled nursing facilities
• Collaborate with facility teams to create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver consistent follow-up care that improves emotional and psychological well-being
• W2 position with customizable schedule
• Base salary with uncapped compensation paid biweekly
• Flexible paid time off

• Developed infrastructure with extensive back office as well as local management support

• Active Washington PMHNP or Psych PA license with independent practice and billing capability
• Current Washington DEA registration
