Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays

Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * None Work Location: * One location Must attend 16 hours in house training and shadowing sessions under direction of an R.N. This is a new program approved by the State of Florida. Eligible and successful applications may be able to challenge the CNA test upon completion of time. Duties /Responsibilities Include:

• Make occupied/unoccupied bed
• Pass Fresh Ice/water
• Pass meals/set up trays for Resident
• Check Resident Temps
• Perform 1 person transfers
• Reposition resident in bed/float heels
• Transfer Resident to wheelchair using gait belt
• Use gait belt to assist with ambulation
• Oral Care/dentures (alert residents)
• Provide a bed bath/perineal/catheter care
• Change incontinent brief
• Assist with hearing aids
• Assist resident to bathroom or to the urinal (one person assist)

• Completed Application
• Proof of your High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Photo Identification
• Social Security Card
• Clear FDLE/FBI Background Screen
