• 50 years in practice as a nonprofit
• 350 team members
• Multispecialty Community Health Centers. Primary care, OB/GYN, pediatrics, optometry, dentistry, behavioral health, and social services

Benefits:

• $170000.00 to $224000.00 salary plus up to $16,400.00 year in QUALITY bonuses
• Sign on: if applicable
• CME -$2500.00 annual allowance
• Retention Earn up to 3 % increase after 1st year until max out of salary scale. Lump sum bonus after max out.

About The Role:

• Pediatrician - Montgomery, Alabama
• Clinic: 7:30am - 4:30pm
• General Pediatric Clinic Coverage - Sick Visits, Developmental Check Ups, Medication Management
• Mon-Fri. Option for a 4-day work week
• 18-22 pts per day
• Team of 2 NPs and 1 Pediatrician
• Call Rotation: 1:5. Includes IP Care Coverage
