✨ Position: Pediatric Dental Assistant

Do you love working with children and making dental visits fun, comfortable, and stress-free? We’re looking for a caring, energetic, and patient-focused Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our growing team!

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Assist pediatric dentists chairside during cleanings, exams, sealants, fillings, and other restorative and preventive procedures.
• Help create a warm, calming, and kid-friendly environment for children and their families.
• Prepare, disinfect, and organize treatment rooms with child-appropriate tools and materials.
• Take and process pediatric dental X-rays with care, accuracy, and gentleness.
• Maintain sterile instruments and follow all infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with the front desk and clinical team to keep patient flow running smoothly.
• Comfort anxious or nervous children with patience, positivity, and a friendly attitude.

📌 What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children—whether in dentistry, childcare, education, or similar roles—is a major plus .
• A genuine interest in learning and growing within pediatric dentistry.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, upbeat personality.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities in a busy clinical environment.
• Radiology certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend or other dental software is a bonus!
