Pay Rate Starting at: Level $15.50/ hr Rates of pay are determined by previous experience and labor contract seniority.
The mission of all Tops associates is to adhere to the Tops vision of providing a friendly neighborhood store that saves the customer time and money. The E-Commerce Shopper is responsible for accurately and efficiently receiving, selecting and bagging customer’s orders, while providing attentive and friendly customer service.
Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations as well as company policies regarding cashier operations, safety, and sanitation
Select customer orders efficiently and accurately and bagging customer orders
Provide courteous customer service; using “please†and “thank youâ€, smiling, maintain eye contact with customers, and direct them to appropriate manager if necessary
Stock supplies in immediate area, as well as return shop backs, retrieve carts, and perform miscellaneous cleaning, facing, and straighten various shelf sections
Responsible for assembling customer’s online orders
Ability to navigate through the store and accurately identify products for customer orders
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions
Possess basic computer skills
Possess strong communication skills
