As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of IT projects aimed at delivering innovative digital solutions in alignment with our strategic objectives. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to quality standards.

What you will do:

• Lead the project planning process, including scope definition, resource allocation, and project timeline creation.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as necessary to ensure project success.

• Facilitate scrum master events, monitor project progress, conduct regular status meetings, and prepare detailed project reports for stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and best practices.

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to guide teams in project execution.

• Evaluate project outcomes and report on key performance indicators to improve future project implementation.

• Create and manage the documentation project and project planning, ensure proper documentation for any scope of adjustment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT or telecommunications sector.

• Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to completion.

• Strong understanding with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies (knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and/or other Agile frameworks is essential in the Tech industry).

• Experience managing third-parties, external (B2B/B2C) system integrations.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.

• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure is advantageous.

• Proficient in using project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Postman – API tools).
