Job Description

**A Snapshot of Your Day** During the summer internship you will lead and support multiple projects to enhance employee experience and make an impact on the business. This internship will provide mentorship, soft and technical skills training, and networking to learn more about the Siemens Energy organization and Human Resources department. **How You'll Make an Impact** + Promote and supportdevelopment, visibility of talent, and ensure leaders have the tools andresources needed + Support/co-develop dashboard(s)and various process designs + Support with early careerhiring activities, process improvements, and provide recommendations + Support with actionplanning from recent employee engagement survey, integration activities and HRpolicy review and updates + Research and recommendawards to apply for and complete applications + Other projects and internaland external branding initiatives **What You Bring** + Rising sophomore or junior,or first year grad student pursing bachelor's or master's degree with a focuson Human Resources, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Psychology,Business, or similar + Advanced computer skillswith MS Office (word, excel, power point); Office 365 preferred + Strong communication skillsboth verbal and written + Demonstrate innovation andforward-thinking aptitude through previous school projects, employment/internships orextracurricular activities + Experience with presentingin front of small and large groups + Applicants must have aminimum of a 3.2 GPA and have relevant prior work experience Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. **About the Team** Our North American HR team supports the business priorities and provides guidance and consultation on change management, talent management, succession planning, I&D initiatives, market considerations and coaching. **Who is Siemens Energy?** At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
