Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies
• Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible
• Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and trust.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and a comprehensive understanding of their policies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and heard.
• Ability to assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their unique circumstances.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members alike.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly, participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment, contributing to collective success.
• High school or GED is required!
