Job Description

The Data Coordinator supports the Director and staff with administrative and programming tasks related to productivity systems. Duties include managing email, preparing reports, agendas, and minutes, coordinating projects, and organizing departmental files. The role also involves collecting and documenting data for visual presentations, handling correspondence and mail, and ordering supplies. Key Responsibilities: + Prioritize tasks to ensure timely project completion + Create reports using Crystal Reports and other software + Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information + Prepare departmental manuals, literature, graphs, and presentations + Interface with department heads and hospital administration + Reserve meeting rooms and arrange supplies + High School Diploma required + 1 year of experience + Must be able to type 20 to 30 words per minute + Must have knowledge of the workings of a database and how to produce reports querying the database + Must have some experience with producing reports using Crystal Reports + Computer programming skills using C or C++Some knowledge of JAVA is helpfulLicensure, Certifications, and Clearances: + Clearances with renewal: + Act 31, 33, 34 & 73 UPMC is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteran
