It all begins with you. **About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Capital Markets Middle Office Specialist to join our Qualified Financial Contracts (QFC) Team as part of our Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) Operations division. This role plays a critical part in supporting regulatory reporting controls and capability testing while offering opportunities to contribute to process improvements, collaborate with cross-functional global terms, and gain exposure to complex financial products and services. **In this role, you will:** + Monitor Controls, review data exception, facilitate root cause analysis and remediation efforts related to regulatory reporting + Review and analyze trade and collateral data across a range of products, including fixed income, equity, credit derivatives, loans, Repos, etc. + Support issue resolution related to QFC Recordkeeping Regulations and exception/break management + Collaborate with internal teams to drive resolution of complex issues + Participate in meetings and contribute to cross-functional discussions to help identify and implement solutions + Provide information to managers and the Capital Markets Middle Office **Required Qualifications:** + 2+ years of Capital Markets industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + General understanding of Capital Markets, Capital Markets Operations, and related processes + Knowledgeable of Regulatory Position and/or Transaction Reporting processes, Qualified Financial Contract Record Keeping experience is a plus + Sound analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail and accuracy + Developed skillset in data analysis, critical thinking, and problem solving + Clear and professional communication skills with both team members and stakeholders + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, thriving in a team-oriented environment + Sound task management and prioritization abilities + Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team setting **Primary Posting Location:** + 550 S Tryon St, Charlotte, North Carolina 28202 **Job Expectations:** + Willingness to work a hybrid schedule at posted location. + Relocation assistance is not available for this position. + Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position. **Corporate & Investment Banking** delivers a comprehensive suite of capital markets, banking, and financial products and services. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
